No. The questionnaire asks what equipment you have — the plan is built around it. Home, garage, or full gym all work.
What if I've got an injury?+
You can flag injuries in the questionnaire and the planner will avoid or swap movements. Coach check-ins can fine-tune further.
How often does the plan change?+
Weekly auto-progression on Basic. Pro and Elite regenerate whenever your goals or body data shift — or on demand.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. Your card is saved upfront but you won't be charged until day 8. Cancel any time before then and you'll never pay a penny.
